Refund policy

Exchanges

• Items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Refunds are only accepted in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

 

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange or refund.
